Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using e98game – whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by e98game – you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and e98game.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using e98game immediately. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. e98game reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended for Pakistani users accessing the platform from within Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e98game does not guarantee availability of the platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law.
Important: These terms apply from the moment you create an e98game account, place a bet, or claim a promotional offer. Registering on e98game means you have agreed to all terms outlined here and in our accompanying policies.
Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and play on e98game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. e98game will request a copy of your CNIC or B-Form at any point to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
- Single account: You are permitted to hold only one active e98game account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other purpose, is strictly forbidden.
- Personal use only: Your e98game account is for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is a breach of these terms.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. e98game may request documentary verification of the details you provide at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Not an excluded player: You must not be under any self-exclusion agreement with e98game or any responsible gaming programme that prohibits you from using gambling platforms. If you have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register, e98game will close the new account immediately.
e98game carries out identity verification checks in line with its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Pakistani players will be asked to provide a copy of their CNIC during the verification process. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification will have withdrawals restricted until the process is complete.
Account Rules
Your e98game account is your personal gateway to all games, sports betting markets and promotions on the platform. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.
e98game reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or suspicious behaviour is detected. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation will be communicated to the account holder in writing.
Deposits & Withdrawals
e98game processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet and all withdrawals are paid out in PKR to your chosen local payment method. No currency conversion fees are charged by e98game.
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
- Easypaisa – Instant deposits and withdrawals, minimum Rs 200
- JazzCash – Instant deposits and withdrawals, minimum Rs 200
- NayaPay – Instant deposits and withdrawals, minimum Rs 300
- SadaPay – Instant deposits and withdrawals, minimum Rs 300
- Bank Transfer (IBFT) – Same business day processing, minimum Rs 1,000
- Visa / Mastercard – Instant deposits, minimum Rs 500
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the account, or to the registered CNIC holder's verified bank account. e98game will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal Processing Times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests placed over public holidays may experience minor delays. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
e98game reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used. This is done to protect Pakistani players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Cooperation with these requests is required for withdrawal processing to proceed.
Bonuses & Promotions
e98game offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means you must wager the bonus value thirty times). Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each bonus is provided in its specific terms.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rs 1,000 unless the specific bonus states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. If you have an active bonus and wish to accept a different offer, you may forfeit the current bonus to do so. Forfeited bonuses cannot be reclaimed.
- Abuse prevention: e98game actively monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns of low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. Accounts identified as abusing bonus offers will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotions.
e98game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to accounts and are currently in play.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on e98game are subject to the rules and conditions of the specific game or betting market in question. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before wagering real PKR.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the e98game system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid, and any stakes will be returned.
- In-play betting: In-play sports bets are accepted at e98game's discretion. Odds may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change before confirmation, e98game will offer you the new odds or return the stake.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Maximum limits are displayed in the game interface or on the bet slip before you confirm a wager.
- Voided bets: e98game reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, data feed error, or system fault has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your PKR wallet.
- Results and payouts: All game results are final once confirmed by the e98game system. For sports betting, results are based on official data feeds. Disputes about results must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
- Crash game cash-out: In Aviator and other crash games, your cash-out is executed at the multiplier reached at the exact moment you click the cash-out button as recorded by the e98game server. Client-side display delays do not affect the server-recorded cash-out multiplier.
Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
e98game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:
- Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform without manual input
- Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any game or system on e98game
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, live casino or any multi-player game
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering or financial fraud
- Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses more than once
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes raised against e98game for legitimate transactions
- Sharing login credentials to allow other individuals to benefit from account-specific bonuses or loyalty rewards
Where e98game identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent or unfair activity, it reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required. Any funds obtained through fraud or bonus abuse will be recovered and no compensation will be paid in connection with the closure of an account found to have breached these fair play provisions.
Provably Fair Games: Crash games and certain other game formats on e98game use a provably fair algorithm. The crash point hash for each round is generated and committed before the round begins and can be independently verified by any player after the round concludes using standard cryptographic tools.
Responsible Gaming
e98game takes the welfare of its Pakistani players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity – not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to help every player stay in control:
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further bets will not be accepted until the period resets.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a reminder alert and can choose to continue or stop at the end of each session.
- Cooling-off period: Take a break from e98game for a defined period of between 24 hours and six months. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
- Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from e98game. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for a minimum of six months.

Privacy & Data
e98game collects and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with its legal obligations. Your data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
The information we collect includes your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact information, payment details and betting history. We use this information to operate your account, detect fraud, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and improve the e98game platform for Pakistani players.
By registering on e98game, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Note that deletion requests may be subject to our legal retention obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e98game and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
e98game does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or that all services will be error-free. Planned maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. In such cases, bets that were open at the time of a disruption will be settled according to the e98game results policy in force at that time.
e98game's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in connection with that event. This limitation does not affect liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Account Termination
You may close your e98game account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, provided there are no pending investigations or unresolved disputes.
e98game may close or suspend your account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Conduct deemed harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform
- Account dormancy as described in Section 3
In cases where an account is closed due to breach of terms or fraud, any outstanding balances may be forfeited. e98game will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder and provide an opportunity to appeal the decision in cases that are not related to confirmed fraud or criminal activity.
Amendments to These Terms
e98game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-screen notification the next time they log in. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using e98game and request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
