Account & Registration

Registration at e98game is completely free – there is no joining fee, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charge for creating an account. Any person who is at least 18 years old and located in Pakistan can register. You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), an email address, and your date of birth. One person may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed if detected.

The registration form takes under two minutes to complete for most Pakistani players. You enter your name, mobile number, email, date of birth and city, then create a password. Your account is active immediately after you click submit. You can browse the games lobby and deposit straight away. Full KYC verification – which involves uploading a CNIC copy – is only required before your first withdrawal and can be completed in advance from your account settings.

Both work. You can log in at e98game using either your registered Pakistani mobile number (enter it as 03XXXXXXXXX without dashes) or the email address you provided during registration. Most Pakistani players prefer the mobile number since it is faster to type on a phone. If you forget which mobile number or email you used, contact our support team at support@e98game.ws and they will help you identify your account after a quick verification step.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email and tap send. An OTP code will arrive on your Pakistani mobile number within two minutes. Enter the OTP on the verification screen and create a new password. Your account is accessible immediately. If the OTP does not arrive, make sure your number is active and has signal, then try again. Yes. You can update your contact details by going to Account Settings after logging in. For security reasons, changing your registered mobile number requires you to verify both the old and new numbers with an OTP. Updating your email follows a similar process. Keep these details current – they are used for withdrawal notifications and account security alerts. If you have lost access to your old number, contact support@e98game.ws for assisted verification.

If you wish to close your account permanently, email support@e98game.ws from your registered email address with the subject "Account Closure Request". Include your registered mobile number. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method. Note that if you are experiencing difficulty controlling your gaming, we strongly recommend using our self-exclusion tool instead of full account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections such as preventing you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Deposits & PKR Payments

The minimum deposit at e98game varies slightly by payment method: Easypaisa and JazzCash accept deposits from Rs 200; NayaPay and SadaPay from Rs 300; bank IBFT transfers from Rs 1,000; and Visa or Mastercard from Rs 500. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion or exchange rate fee on any e98game deposit.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits at e98game are processed in real time and almost always appear in your PKR wallet within 30 seconds of the payment being confirmed on your mobile wallet. In rare cases of network delays the wait can extend to two or three minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after five minutes, go to Account Settings and click "Check Deposit Status" – this triggers a manual verification. If it still does not resolve, contact support with your transaction reference number.

e98game does not impose a mandatory maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. However, we strongly encourage all Pakistani players to set their own voluntary deposit limits using the responsible gaming tools in Account Settings. Deposit failures are most commonly caused by one of these reasons: insufficient balance in the sending wallet or bank account; your Easypaisa or JazzCash account not being activated for online transactions (check with your network provider); the daily transaction limit on your payment method being reached; your bank declining the transaction as a precaution. If none of these apply, wait five minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact support@e98game.ws with the error message you received and your transaction details.

Withdrawals & Payouts

The minimum withdrawal at e98game is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, Rs 1,000 for NayaPay and SadaPay, and Rs 2,000 for bank IBFT. You can only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your e98game account identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

e98game processes verified withdrawal requests within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for bank IBFT transfers. The five-minute figure applies to accounts that have already completed KYC verification. If your account is not yet verified, the withdrawal will be held until verification is complete. For this reason we recommend completing KYC as soon as you register at e98game, so there is no delay when you want to cash out your PKR winnings.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held include: KYC verification not yet completed; an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements on your account; a security review triggered by unusual account activity; or withdrawal details not matching the name on your CNIC. If the status shows "pending review", contact support@e98game.ws with your transaction ID and they will resolve it within one business hour during operating hours.

Yes. All Pakistani players must complete identity verification using their CNIC before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard requirement across all regulated online platforms. To verify, log in to e98game, go to Account Settings, and upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC. Verification is typically approved within one working hour. Yes. Aviator on e98game uses a provably fair algorithm. Before each round starts, the outcome multiplier is mathematically committed using a cryptographic hash. After the round ends, you can verify that the published result matches the pre-committed hash using any standard SHA-256 verification tool. The committed hash for every round is displayed in the game interface. This means e98game cannot change the outcome of any round after it has started – the result is mathematically determined before any player bets.

Self-exclusion is a binding commitment to stop playing at e98game for a minimum of six months.
